4 cup Bok choy; fresh (cut into b
1 cup Chicken; breast; cut or sliced up
4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Garlic; fresh minced
One fourth teaspoon Fish sauce; (or to taste)
1 cup Mushrooms; fresh (cut up)
1 md Onion; ( cut or sliced up )
1 Red bell pepper
2 Green onion; 1"
One half cup Celery; cut or sliced up
One fourth teaspoon Msg

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: :12 Directions:
In wok, cook garlic and chicken in hot oil and med. heat for 810 minutes.
Add onions and fish sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Add all remaining
ingredients. Stirring constantly, cook for 78 minutes longer. Serve hot
