Ingredients:

1 small Onion; Thin Slice
4 md Red Potatoes; Cut In Bite
Sized Pieces
1 One fourth tablespoon Olive Oil; Or Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
One half teaspoon Dried Dill; Optional
One fourth teaspoon Pepper

1 sheet (18 x 24") Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Preheat oven to 450F or preheat grill to medhigh. Spray foil with nonstick
cooking spray.

Center onion on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Layer
potatoes evenly on top of onion. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with
seasonings. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to
form one large foil packet. leaving room for heat circulation inside
packet.

Bake 30 35 min on a cookie sheet in oven OR Grill 15 20 min in covered
grill.
