Recipe - Oysters Priscilla

12 Oysters; in shell
1 (up to)
2 Dozen cooked small shrimp
One fourth cup Grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon Sliced mushrooms
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 cup White sauce (consistency
of thick batter)
1 ds Garlic salt
1 ds Red pepper
Place a layer of rock salt in bottom of 2 pie pans. Drain oysters and level
shells in pan. Bake at 350 for several minutes until heated through. Remove
from oven and garnish with 12 shrimp and several mushroom slices. Combine
white sauce, garlic salt and red pepper. Spoon white sauce generously over
each oyster. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Return pans to oven
and bake 1520 minutes. Brown lightly under broiler.
