16 Oysters
4 tablespoon Medium oatmeal
50 g Unsalted butter
1 Lemon; cut into wedges
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Carefully remove oysters from their shells. Lay them on a clean tea towel
and allow excess liquid to run off.
Place the oatmeal on a large plate and season generously with salt and
pepper. Gently roll the oysters in the oatmeal until they are lightly
coated all over.
Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan and fry the oysters for about 12
minutes or until lightly golden on both sides.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
