Recipe - Oyster Souffle

1 pt Oysters
1 One half pt Milk
5 Eggs; beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Onion; finely minced
1 cup Coarse cracker crumbs
One half teaspoon Accent
Cut each oyster into 3 pieces. Add beaten eggs to milk. Combine with the
oysters; add other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole, in a 325
degree oven for 90 minutes. Serves 8.
