One half teaspoon Finely chopped ginger
1 tablespoon Garlic; finely chopped
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Flat leaf parsley
1 Dsp runny honey
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish stock
1 Finely chopped red chilli
Mix all the ingredients together and leave to infuse for at least half an
hour. Serve with any kind of spring rolls.
