Recipe - Ox Tail Stew

One half pack Beef stew seasoning
1 1 One half pound ox tails
One half pound Frozen mixed vegetables
Water
1 tablespoon Oil
1. Heat oil in a quart saucepan. Brown ox tails on all sides. 2. Discard
oil. A One half package of seasoning and enough water just to cover ox tail. 3.
Cook/simmer ox tail until almost tender (22 One half hours). 4. Add One half pound
frozen mixed vegetables. Simmer for another One half to 1 hour.
