Recipe - Overnight Turkey Chili (No Beans)

Ingredients:

2 Turkey thighs, skinned
1 Onion chopped
And cubed
1 Garlic, clove minced
8 ounce Sliced tomatoes
Undrained
One fourth cup Cilantro leaves chopped
2 Green peppers seeded
1 tablespoon Cocoa powder plain
Chopped
2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
3 Peppers, jalepeno
Chopped
One half teaspoon Ground cumin or 1 T chili
Powder

Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low
heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeeze extras in
single serving portions if desired. 295 calories each
