Recipe - Overnight Buns

6 sl White bread
2 One fourth cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Chopped ham
5 Eggs
2 tablespoon Green onions
Three fourths teaspoon Dry mustard
Three fourths teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1 ds Cayanne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Three fourths cup Milk
Trim crust from bread, butter slices lightly and fit into buttered 7x11
dish. Sprinkle with 1 One half c. cheese. Top with ham. Mix eggs, onion,
mustard, etc. together and pour over layered ingredients. Cover and
refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Then top with remaining cheese, bake an additional 10 minutes or until
center appears to be set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Makes 68 servings.
This is a really good, easy recipe. We've had it Christmas morning the past
two years.
