Recipe - Over-Stuffed Turkey Pitas

1 tablespoon Veg oil
1 Onioin cut or sliced up
7 ounce Leftover turkey strips
One half teaspoon Cajn spice or chilli powder
(up to 1)
5 One half ounce Leftover stuffing broken up;
about
4 Pita breads
TO SERVE
Shredded lettuce iceberg
or cos
1 small Red onion cut into thin
slices
4 tablespoon Coured cream or greek
yoghurt
Chilli powder for sprinkling

Heat oil in a ffrying pan and fry onion till golden and crispy. Quickly
stir in the turkey, cajun spice or chilli powder (not too much) and the
stuffing. Toss together until lightly browned and warmed through. Make a
slit in each pitta. Mix the lettuce witht he red onion and pack into the
bottom of each pitta bread. Pile the turkey mixture on top, and then add a
dollop of sour cream or greek yoghurt. Sprinkle with chilli powder and
serve warm.
