Recipe - Oven Stew

2 pound Stew meat
One fourth cup Flour
One fourth cup Oil
1 Clove minced garlic
One half cup Chili sauce
28 ounce Sliced stewed tomatoes
1 Large onion cut or sliced up &
Seperat
2 cup Celerylarge pieces
4 Potatoescut in 1" cubes
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Salt & pepper as needed
Dredge meat in flour and saute in oil with garlic in a large dutch oven.
Add rest of the ingredients, stir well. Cook covered at 325* for 1 One half hrs.
Remove lid and bake 1 hr. more.
