Recipe - Oven Soda Bread

1 pound Flour
1 teaspoon (small) baking soda
1 teaspoon (level) of salt
One half pt Buttermilk

Sieve flour sallt and soda into a basin. Make a well in the centre , stir
in enough buttermilk to make a soft dough . Turn on to a floured board and
make into a round bannock about 2inches thick. Score across in four. Cook
in hot oven on a lightly floured tin for about 2530 mins. Wrap in cloth to
cool.
