Recipe - Oven Fried Salmon Cakes

1 cn (15oz) salmon, drained &
Flaked
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
One fourth cup Minced scallions
2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 400. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Beat egg with fork in med bowl. Add remaining ingredients & mix until
well blended. Shape into 8 patties. Place on sheet & bake 1012
minutes, turning once, until golden on both sides.

1 large egg or whites from 2 large eggs
