Recipe - Oven Chinese Casserole

Ingredients:
Oven Chinese Casserole recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pound Ground beef
2 tablespoon Butter
2 cup Chopped onion
2 cup Chopped celery
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
2 cup Hot water
1 cn Mushroom soup
1/3 cup Soya sauce
1 cup Uncooked rice
(from a friend with 4 kids)
Brown the ground beef in the butter, add the onion and celery when the beef
is almost done so they get a bit tender. Add remaining ingred. Pour into a
glass casserole dish, cover, and bake at 350F, 1 hour. Stir and serve.
