Recipe - Oven Chicken Reuben

4 Chicken breasts, split,
skinned and boned
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 cn (16 oz.) sauerkraut,
welldrained
4 sl Swiss cheese
1 One fourth cup Thousand Island salad
dressing
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle w/salt & pepper or other spices.
Place sauerkraut over chicken; top with swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly
over cheese. Cover w/foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1One half hours or until
fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle w/chopped parsley.
