Recipe - Oven Barbecued Caribou Ribs

2 pound Caribou ribs
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
16 ounce Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce

Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil;
sprinkle
with salt & pepper. Bake at 325350 degrees until fairly well done, turning
once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over
ribs.
Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
