Recipe - Oven-Roasted Potatoes

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400
13"X9" BAKING DISH
1 pound Asparagus
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
2 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
One half teaspoon Toasted sesame oil (opt)
Snap off tough asparagus ends and, if large, peel stalks. Arrange in a
single layer in baking dish. Drizzle with oil; roast in oven, stirring
occasionally, for 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine soya sauce and balsamic vinegar; drizzle over asparagus.
Roast 5 minutes more or until tendercrisp. Remove from oven; sprinkle
with sesame seeds and sesame oil, if using. Yield: 4 servings Typed in
