Recipe - Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges recipe makes 8 Servings
4 Unpeeled baking potatoes
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 md Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 tablespoon Minced fresh rosemary or 1
tsp dried, crushed
One half teaspoon Salt; optional
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Cut potatoes lengthwise into sedges; place in a greased 13x9x2inch baking
pan. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with onion, garlic, rosemary, salt if
desired and pepper; stir to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 4550
minutes or unitl tender, turning once.
