Ingredients:
Oven-Roasted Applesauce recipe makes 6 Servings
4 Baking potatoes; about 2 pou
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine; melted
2 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper

potatoes and cut into large chunks; place in a shallow 2 quart baking pan.
Pour butter over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt
and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 4560 minutes or until
potatoes are tender.
