Recipe - Oven-Barbecued Venison Ribs

2 pound Venison ribs
Vegetable oil
Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
16 ounce Tomato sauce
In a 2qt. baking dish or roaster arrange ribs. Brush lightly with cooking
oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 325350 degrees until fairly
well done, turning once. Pour off any juices. Combine vinegar, brown sugar
& mustard with tomato sauce & pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting
