Recipe - Oven-Baked French Fillets

500 g Fish fillets
One half cup LF sour cream
2 teaspoon Dijon
One half teaspoon Tarragon
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
1. In large oven dish, place fish and cover loosely with foil. Bake at
450F for 5 mins (10 mins if using frozen fillets). Drain off liquid.
2. In small bowl, mix together sour cream, dijon, and tarragon. Spread
onto fish and sprinkle with parmesan. Bake, uncovered for 5 mins until
golden.
