Recipe - Oven-Baked Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
Oven-Baked Dinner Rolls recipe makes 4 Appetizer Servings
1 pack Yeast
3 One fourth cup Flour; French white
1 tablespoon Gluten
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Salt
1 One fourth cup Warm water
set machine (Welbilt R2D2 model) on french bread, manual
form dough into 6 or so blobs
bake at 375 deg F with either a pan of water in the oven or a bit of water
splashed on top of the blobs.
