Recipe - Orzo And Almond Pilaf

1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic; cut or sliced up
2 cup Hot cooked orzo (cooked w/o
salt&fat); (about 1 cup)
3 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon Slivered almonds; toasted
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Heat oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add garlic and saute till
golden; discard garlic. Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a medium
bowl; toss well. Serve with beef, lamb, or poultry.
