Recipe - Ornas Honey Cake

5 Eggs (separated)
2 cup Flour
1 One fourth cup Sugar
3 tablespoon Honey
Three fourths cup Strong coffee (use 2 tsp
coffee to Three fourths cup water)
One half cup Oil
1 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Each: cinnamon, nutmeg and
lemon juice.
Beat the whites until stiff.
Beat yolks together with sugar. Add oil, liquid and honey. Add dry
ingredients.
Fold whites together with batter.
Bake in a 26 cm round pan for Three fourths hrs.
