Ornamental Frosting recipe makes 10 Servings
2 pound Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
6 Egg Whites
1 teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract
In a large mixing bowl, sift sugar & cream of tarter. Add egg whites and
mix at very high speed. Beat till very stiff.
