2 qt Beef stock
1 pack Onion soup mix
2 pound Ground beef
2 pound Steak, cut 1/2" square
One half cup Dried onions
2 Celery ribs, chopped
1 Green peppers, chopped
1 Pickled banana peppers
One fourth cup Banana pepper juice
1 teaspoon Chopped garlic
1 Bay leaf
2 ounce Chili powder
2 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Instant beef boullion
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Bbq. sauce
One fourth cup Ketchup
1 pn Crushed red pepper
1 pn Basil
1 pn Thyme
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth cup Tabasco
Peppers should be mild banana peppers, seeded and chopped. Brown both the
ground beef and beef cubes. Drain most of the fat. Combine all ingredients
in a large pot. Simmer for 2 hours. Correct seasonings and simmer for 1
