Oriental Spice For Stir-Fry recipe makes 2 Servings
1 teaspoon Fresh grated lemon peel
One fourth teaspoon Fennel seed, crushed
One fourth teaspoon Ground cloves
One fourth teaspoon Anise seed, crushed
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Ground ginger
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in covered container. To use, sprinkle
as desired over poultry or meat stirfry dishes. Makes about 2 teaspoons.
NOTE: About 1 mg sodium per One half teaspoon. About 2 calories per 1/2
teaspoon.
