Recipe - Oriental Shish Kabobs

2 pound Chuck roast
5 Cloves garlic
One half teaspoon Accent
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Crushed dry parsley
One fourth cup Water
One fourth cup Soy sauce
2 Green onions
Cut roast into 1inch cubes. Dice green onions in 1/4inch pieces. Crush
garlic cloves & mix all ingredients together, adding meat cubes last.
Marinate 23 hours. Put meat cubes on skewers & cook over hot fire in a
charcoal grill.
