Recipe - Oriental Sausage

2 pound Turkey ground; RTC
One fourth cup Waterchestnuts; finely
chopped
3 tablespoon Shiitake mushrooms; cut or sliced up
3 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Sesame oil
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 One half tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon White sesame seed
2 teaspoon Salt
1 One half teaspoon Black sesame seed
Three fourths teaspoon Ginger root; freshly grated
1 One half Cloves garlic; finely
chopped
One half Green onion; finely chopped
Mix all ingredients until combined. Portion into twelve 3 oz. patties.
Place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes.
(Internal temp. 165F)
