Recipe - Oriental Salsa

4 lg Vine ripened tomatoes
( minced )
1 tablespoon Sesame seed oil
1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
1 Chopped Thai chili pepper
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon Chopped scallions
2 tablespoon Chopped red onions
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
One half tablespoon Dark soy sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill
One half hour before serving. Yield: 4 servings
