Recipe - Oriental Pepper Steak

1 One half pound Sirloin steak; cut in 1/2"
strips
1 One half teaspoon Accent
One fourth cup Oil
1 cup Beef bouillon
One fourth teaspoon Ginger
One half teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 Green peppers; cut in strips
1 md Onion; cut or sliced up
2 Tomatoes; peeled, cut in
wedges
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
2 tablespoon Water
Sprinkle beef with One half the Accent. Brown in oil. Add bouillon, sugar,
ginger and soy sauce. Bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes, covered. Add
vegetables and sprinkle with remaining Accent. Cook 15 minutes. Combine
cornstarch and water; stir into beef mixture until thickened. Simmer 30
minutes. You can cook less for crispier vegetables.
