Recipe - Oriental Noodles With Vegetables

175 g Chinese egg noodles
1 One half tablespoon Vegetable oil
One half Garlic clove, cut or sliced up /peeled
One half Chopped onion
1 Sliced carrot
One half Green pepper, minced
One half tablespoon Soy sauce
One half tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Peanuts
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Drain well.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for
1 minute. Add the onion and stir fry for 23 minutes. Add the pepper,
and carrot and stir fry for 23 minutes.
3. Add the noodles and cook for 23 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce and
sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
Serve.
