Recipe - Oriental Marinade

One fourth cup Hoisin
3 tablespoon Sherry
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 Green onions; finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 teaspoon Ginger root; peeled and
chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken, beef or pork. Let marinate
overnight. Use sauce to baste while meat is grilled. Yield: Three fourths cup.
