Recipe - Oriental Honeyed Pork

2 tablespoon Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
Three fourths pound Pork butt, cubed
1 tablespoon Oil
14 ounce Can pineapple chunks
1 Green pepper, cut or sliced up
One half cup Mushrooms, cut or sliced up
2 Tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Chicken stock
2 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Combine flour and spices. Coat pork. In a large frying pan, saute pork in
oil until no longer pink, 45 minutes. Drain pineapple, saving juice. Add
pineapple, green pepper, mushrooms and tomatoes to pork. Stir in chicken
broth, honey and soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with One fourth cup pineapple juice;
add, stirring constantly. Serve with rice. Serves 46.
