Recipe - Oriental Bacon Stir Fry

Ingredients:

2 tablespoon Sesame oil
250 g Smoked back bacon derinded
and cut into; (8oz)
; strips
4 Salad onions; diagonally
cut or sliced up
1 Red pepper; deseeded and
; cut or sliced up
175 g Beansprouts; (6oz)
125 g Mangetouts; (4oz)
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon Clear honey
Salt and freshly ground
pepper
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds

1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok. Fry the bacon and salad
onions for 45 minutes over a moderate heat,stirring occasionally.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir fry for a further 45 minutes.
Transfer to a warmed serving plate and serve immediately with rice or
noodles. As an alternative, for a firmer bite, use 2 bacon steaks cut into
thin strips instead of the bacon rashers.

All recipes can be made using standard, tender sweet or Dry Cure bacon.
