Recipe - Organic Roasted Caramelised Fruit

Ingredients:

2 Organic apples; cored and
cut into
; eight wedges
2 Organic pears; cored and cut
into
; eight wedges
1 Organic orange; peeled and
cut into
; 5mm ( One fourth inch)
; slices
1 Organic grapefruit; peeled
and cut into
; 5mm ( One fourth inch)
; slices
1 Organic kiwi; peeled and cut
into
; 5mm ( One fourth inch)
; slices
4 tablespoon Soft brown sugar; (4 to 5)
45 g Unsalted soft butter; (1
1/2oz)
2 Organic vanilla pods; split
and cut into
; 4

Preheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5.

Take two pieces of tin foil and cut into rounds approximately 30cm (12
inches).

Brush each with a little of the butter.

On one sheet of foil arrange the apples and pears into an overlapping pile
that will allow you to seal the tin foil into a Cornish pasty style shape.
Sprinkle with half the brown sugar. Add two pieces of the vanilla and half
of the remaining butter. Bring the edges of the foil together and seal.
Place in the oven for 3540 minutes.

Repeat this with the other fruits. Although the cooking time will be
slightly less 2030 mintues.

To serve, carefully remove from the oven, place each wrap onto a plate,
open carefully and enjoy the aroma of roasted caramelised fruits. Coat with
organic cream and honey.
