Recipe - Oreo Cherry Chocolate Cream Parfaits

1 pack (4serving size) Royal®
cherry gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Cold water
7 Fudge covered oreo®
chocolate sandwich cookies;
divided
1 One half cup Prepared whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Pour into 8 x 8 x
2inch baking pan. Chill until firm.

Coarsely chop 5 cookies; fold into whipped topping. Cut gelatin into cubes.
Spoon half the gelatin cubes into 4 parfait glasses; top with half the
whipped topping mixture. Repeat layers. Chill until serving time. Halve
remaining cookies; use to garnish parfaits.
