Ingredients:
Oregon Hazelnut Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe makes 6 Servings
One half cup Pureed fresh raspberries
1 cup Raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Corn syrup
2 cup Oregon hazelnut oil
One fourth cup Roasted & crushed oregon
hazelnuts
Combine first 4 ingredients. Slowly drizzle oil into mixture while
whipping. Stir in nuts to finish.
