Recipe - Orchard Mince Pie

1 9" Pie Crust; unbaked
2 cup Medium Apples; peeled and
fine chop
1 cup Prepared Mincemeat
Three fourths cup Light Cream
Three fourths cup Brown Sugar; packed
One fourth tablespoon Salt
One half cup Chopped Nuts
In large mixing bowl, combine apples, mincemeat, cream, brown sugar and
salt. Blend well. Pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake
at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes until crust is golden brown.
