Recipe - Orange Wassail

Ingredients:
Orange Wassail recipe makes 50 Truffles. Prepara
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1 Dozen whole cloves
2 Sticks cinnamon; (2inch)
3 qt Orange juice
1 Bottle cranbery juice
cocktail; (32ounce)
Combine sugar, water and spices in a large Dutch oven; simmer over low heat
10 minutes. Discard spices. Add juices to syrup; heat well. 4 quarts
NOTES : would work in the crock pot
