Recipe - Orange Waldorf Salad

4 Oranges; peeled
1 Apple
One half cup Celery
One fourth cup Plain lowfat yogurt
One fourth cup Chopped pecans, toasted
1/8 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Salad greens
Chop up oranges and apple into bite sized pieces. Combine all the
ingredients, except the salad greens, in a bowl. Cover and
refrigerate. Serve on salad greens.
