Recipe - Orange Swirl Cake

1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 pack Orange gelatin powder
One half teaspoon Orange extract
Powdered sugar
Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Remove 1 One half cups of the
batter and set aside. Pour remaining batter into a greased and floured
Bundt pan. Stir the gelatin (dry) and extract into the reserved batter.
Drop orange batter by generous tablespoonfuls randomly in 6 to 8 moundsonto
batter in pan. Cut through batter with knife in Sshaped curves in one
continuous motion for swirled effect. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes,
then remove from pan. Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
