One fourth cup Honey
One fourth cup Orange concentrate
5 teaspoon White wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Ground yellow mustard
3 teaspoon Good olive oil

above well and chill for two hours. Pour over rings of peeled, deseeded
orange slices on a bed of washed, drained spinach leaves.
