Recipe - Orange Sauce (Lite)

One fourth cup Sugar
4 teaspoon Cornstarch
One half teaspoon Orange peel, finely shredded
1 cup Orange juice
In a small saucepan stir together sugar and cornstarch. Stir in orange peel
and orange juice. Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubbly. Cook
and stir for 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Cool slightly before
serving. Makes about 1 cup.
Thick and tangy. Can spoon directly onto plate for pretty presentation. Try
with cheesecake or spice cake.
