Three fourths pound Orange Roughy Fillets
One half tablespoon Vegetable Oil
One half cup Julienned Green Onion
Strips
One half teaspoon Minced Garlic
One half teaspoon Gingerrot
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
One half cup Bamboo Shoots Drained
in Large Skillet, Preferably NonStick, Saute Fish in Oil Until It Flakes
Easily With Fork; Remove & Keep Warm. Stir Green Onions, Garlic & Ginger in
Remaining Oil in Skillet. Saute 30 Sec. Add Bamboo Shoots, Soy Sauce & Red
Pepper. Heat Through. Spoon Over Fish. Serve Immediately.
