Recipe - Orange Roughy Kiev

1 One half pound Orange Roughy
6 tablespoon Butter; softened
2 tablespoon Fresh chives; chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/3 cup Milk
1 One half cup Bread crumbs
Rinse fish and pat dry. In small bowl, combine 6 tbsps softened butter, 2
tbsps chives and 1 tbsps lemon juice. Spread butter mixture evenly on one
side of fillets. Roll up filletstarting at thin end. Pour milk into shallow
dish. Dip rolled fillet into milk. Coat with bread crumbs, and place
seamside down in baking dish.
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 1215 minutes. (1210 minutes for
thinner fillets) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Per serving: 544 Calories; 32g Fat (54% calories from fat); 31g Protein;
31g Carbohydrate; 83mg Cholesterol; 574mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : I've made this with asparagus and noodles.
NOTES : This is so good. It is a must try. If you don't you will be sorry.
Can substitute with another white fish.
