1 pack Yeast; (1 One half tsp)
3 One half cup Bread flour; (2 1/3 cups)
1 One half teaspoon Salt; (1 One fourth tsp)
1 One half teaspoon Orange rind; grate,(1 t)
1 pn Mace; or nutmeg,(pinch)
Three fourths cup Water; 80 deg,(One half c)
One half cup Milk; 80 deg,(1/3 c)
2 tablespoon Butter; room tem,(4 tsp)
1 Egg; room temp,(1)
SETTING: Sweet Bread, MEDIUM
10 o'clock
Serve this delicious orangeflavored golden raisin bread for a
holiday breakfast or brunch. Good toasted simply omit the glaze.
Before the end of the secondary kneading, the electronic beeper will sound
10 times. At this signal, add raisins and pecans: 1/3 cups of each for the
ABM100; One fourth cup of each for the ABM300/350.
Glaze: Combine One fourth cup powdered sugar, 2 tsp orange juice and One half tsp
grated orange rind.
