Recipe - Orange Pecan Salad

2 Oranges; peeled & sectioned
1 bn Leaf lettuce; torn
One fourth cup Pecans; halves, toasted
One half cup Yogurt with fruit; nonfat,
peach flavor
3 tablespoon Lowfat mayonnaise
Can substitute 1 can Mandarine oranges, drained, for each 2 oranges.
Toss oranges, lettuce and pecans in a large salad bowl; set aside. Combine
yogurt and mayonnaise and pour over salad just before serving.
