Recipe - Orange Parsnips

Ingredients:

1 pound Parsnips; peeled and cut or sliced up
1/4inch thick
One half cup Orange juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
Grated peel of 1 orange

In saucepan combine parsnips, orange juice sugar, salt and pepper; bring to
a boil. Cover and cook for 510 minutes, or until tender. Remove from heat
and sprinkle with orange peel. Serves 46. Microwave method: Combine all
ingredients except orange peel in 1 1/2quart glass casserole. Cover with
waxed paper and cook on HIGH for 14 minutes, stirring 3 times. Sprinkle
