Recipe - Orange Minted Marinade

1 tablespoon Grated orange peel
One fourth cup Fresh orange juice
One fourth cup Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds; toasted
1 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Coarsely chopped garlic
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Coarsely ground pepper
In small bowl stir all ingredients. Use for a marinade with choice of
Honeysuckle White Fresh Turkey. Yield: 1/3 cup. from
